The Sacramento Reeps have gone there! See this article in the Bee about the County Republican Party website that compares Senator Obama and Osama Bin Laden.
Its simple pandering to base fear and it is flirting with crossing the line of racial division. The McCain campaign has been flirting with this line for weeks now, and it has finally landed in Sacramento.
For his part, my brother Craig is appalled and disappointed as well. Luckily, the site is now down... but the damage is done.
